1. Banbury Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals through Banbury are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement provided with your booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Banbury

To rent a vehicle from Banbury, you must:

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Banbury will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Banbury for the services that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms between you and Banbury are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes between you and Banbury will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
